I love a good sandwich and this place definitely delivers. They have creative sandwich options and use delicious delicious ingredients. Will no doubt be back to try more.
This first time around we tried the beef tongue pastrami as well as the brisket sandwich.
The tongue was so tender and delicious. The ingredients on this sandwich were a perfect mix: a nice sour slaw, a fresh focaccia bread, and the beef tongue. The only slight problem was that we kind of found ourselves hoping for a bigger portion of meat in the sandwich. Some of this might be because it was so tender that it affected our perception of the meat to bread ratio.
The brisket also was top notch meat. I liked the kimchi as it adds a nice crunch but having kimchi and mustard without another taste outlet kind of made the sandwich more sour than I would have liked.
