  • Only plus is that's it's located downstairs from our hotel tower, so convenient location. The girl who seemed like she hated her job rung me up and seemed super upset I didn't have my ID on me. She said she would let it slide this time, gee how nice. I don't need attitude because I left ID in the room. I just paid $14 for a sandwich and a small ass coffee so RELAX. She tried to lecture me how for all she knows the card could be stolen, lady if my card was stolen I would report it & no one could use it, duh. I get it, she was doing her job BUT I'm not 16 years old plus the Line was out the door. Cashier easily ruined what could've been just a regular Starbucks experience. Been to many Starbucks and not once did I have to show my ID.
