  • Purchased 2 pair of eye glasses. Brought my eye prescription in the next day and was told the glasses had been ordered and they would arrive within 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I called to see when the glasses would arrive. The store never sent the prescription in so the glasses were never ordered. Now going on 17 business days and still no glasses. The frames are cool, prices are reasonable, customer service was good - except the follow through which is why I give them a 2 star rating. If you buy glasses here confirm and double confirm your order has been placed or plan on waiting...
