  • I bought a bedroom set from Mor Furniture in November 2014. Upon the initial delivery I received my dresser and 2 night tables (that match my king size bed frame.) The 2 night table were cracked on the front. And we're re-ordered and scheduled to be delivered. After receiving the dresser, I wiped it down with a lightly damped cloth. And it bubbled. I immediately called the customer service with my complaint. Their response was it shouldn't get wet. Not being able to clean and polish my furniture is completely unacceptable. They ordered me a new set. 2nd Delivery: The night tables arrived with no damages and I accepted the replacements. But the the replacement dresser arrived with knicks in it and the knobs were not aligned and were crooked. I turned the dresser away. As it was not acceptable. 3rd Delivery: The dresser was delivered again one evening. Considering the sun had gone down and I needed to inspect it before I accepted the delivery. The delivery guys brought it into the garage, right away I noticed the top of the dresser had a large white spot on the top of the dresser. Not sure if it was dust, I grabbed furniture polish and a rag. It too was definitely damaged. And the delivery was again not accepted. Again we are waiting for yet another scheduled delivery of the dresser on January 11, 2015 But the question remains, how is it that this furniture is passing through inspection?? How is it that this damaged furniture goes out for delivery as approved products over and over?? This furniture we bought was not cheap, but it is made cheap. I am not getting my monies worth for what I paid. I am not happy with my purchase. I've looked to see about changing it out but I am not putting more money into this company then I already have. We have since boughten a new living room set. But definitely NOT from Mor Furniture. I will not bring my business back nor will I recommend their services. Wishing that I had done research prior to buying. I would be writing a better review for a different furniture company.
