rev:text	I went to Leopold's for a birthday carrot cake. I have to say it was one the moistest cakes I have ever eaten. However it was the first carrot cake that I have ever had without cream cheese frosting. That fact made me sad. Butter cream frosting just didn't do this cake justice. It was over powering and uncomplimentary to the cake itself. I can see they know how to make a cake. Next time I will give a little direction on how to frost it.
