  • My loan was sold to this company and they are horrible!!! The customer service reps are pathetic with little knowledge and no ability to fix a situation. The call wait time is horrendous and then they cant help anyway. The company has not paid my tax bill and I can not find anyone to fix the situation. STAY AWAY and make sure when you get a loan with a REAL bank they can NOT sell it to company like this!!!
