  • I truly don't even know if this review needs to be written as it's obviously no secret that Gaucho is amazing, but I'll put my two cents in as well. I always get either the small Bife de Gaucho or the steak sandwich with filet. They are cooked SO beautifully each time I order them. My favorite sauce is the onion-y one that I can't seem to remember the name of. Of course, if their corn on the cob is an option, you definitely need to have that in your life!! Their BYO policy is wonderful and I really like the new system of how they seat you vs. letting you seat yourself. I also recently had the pleasure of having their Asado truck at a friend's event, and the quality of the food was just as on point. They are killing the game right now!!
