  • Wheel and Wedge is a must-do stop on my bi-weekly grocery shopping trip. Their collection of local cheeses has (at least!) one flavor to pique the palate of a cheese connoisseur of any level. The workers are friendly, inviting, and experienced in what they have to offer each patron, and their list keeps expanding. I look forward to my stop there for each outing to the Strip District, and know that my money helps to further a local business bursting at the seams with a bounty of cheese.
