  • The doctor I met with was nice, but the office staff was extremely disorganized and unhelpful. I felt rushed and like no one really knew what was going on fully. Not a great feeling for a doctor's office. From setting up the appointment to leaving I always felt like I was just a number and not a real patient. The doctor was better than the support staff, but not enough to make returning worth it. I also only received communication about my bill 2 months later and by then it was close to being past due. They had gotten payment from my insurance two weeks after my appointment and so I don't know why I wasn't informed of my portion sooner. Again, just feels unorganized.
