  • I love love love their food, but the employees never get your order right! Today I went in the drive thru and ordered the double chicken tostada. There was no avocado, sour cream, cheese or dressing with it. I didn't even want to eat the salad after that. It was way too dry. I love el pollo loco but they need employees who are more capable of taking simple orders.
