What a joke. From the second I walked in I felt unwelcome. Receptionist was RUDE. Got into a room and told the nurse I thought my daughter had a UTI. They told me I needed to get a urine sample. Has anyone tried to get a urine sample from a two year old? I paid a $50 copay and waited three hours to be sent home because my daughter (who I repeat, is TWO) wouldn't give a urine sample because "going peepee hurts." Which should have told the doctor something but nope. At one point she even threw up all over the exam table, herself and me and when I called for help, they just told me to move to another room and didn't even offer to get me some paper towels to clean us up. I had to leave my daughter alone on the table to get paper towels to wipe us down and go to another exam room, in which we were still ignored for 20 more minutes. They would do NOTHING for us unless she gave a urine sample. Oh and I felt shamed for not having potty trained her yet. On at least three occasions, I was told, "well, if she was potty trained..." WELL SHES NOT. Just give her some frigging antibiotics! That's all I wanted! They acted like I was trying to score pain meds. I am telling you that something is wrong with my daughter. And we were not taken seriously at all. I will never take her here again. I'd rather wait it out in the ER.
