Up until the last month or so, this office would have scored a consistent 3 stars the entire time I have been going there over the last 8 years - yes, they are a mass dentist office but with the right dentist in the office they were efficient, reasonably priced and the front office staff was friendly and helpful.
They have in the last month pushed me to my limits (possibly as a part of selling their practice to another conglomerate?) was scheduled for an emergency appt last week and when I arrived at the office they did not have me down (even after I received email confirmation) I was told they had me down for a regular cleaning later that week. They were able to squeeze me in and take care of the issue and scheduled me for a follow up and cleaning in a week. Over the weekend I get a voicemail that they had me down at the wrong location and could I go to Elyria or would I like to reschedule - and when I called to confirm that I could go to Elyria I was told they needed to cancel my appt. entirely and rescheduled or another day. We'll see how it goes at rescheduled appt and will update this review, but I am officially looking for a new dentist regardless.

If they want to keep customers, they are going to have to get their act together. There are far too many options out there...
