  • I called Clean Air Cab two hours in advance to arrange for a taxi to take my mother to the airport. The guy on the phone took the address, phone number, verified everything. Very simple. Well, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. NO PHONE CALL. NO NOTHING. She waited outside for like 20 minutes. Very stressful as she had to catch a flight.. My poor mom had to very quickly find an actual reliable taxi service to take her to PHX so she wouldn't miss her flight. I will NEVER AGAIN call this company and I suggest you don't either, especially if you're actually planning on being somewhere on time. Absolutely terrible, worthy of zero stars. DO NOT USE THEM.
