  • National appreciates my feedback, indicating so in an email that I cannot reply to. Fairly good rental experience. 1st vehicle developed a problem with the seat belt warning tone not shutting off. Returned the (Kia) vehicle to them - they then provided me with an upgrade to a nice town & country with only 33 miles on it. As an emerald isle member the experience is real smooth both in the pick up & drop off & the receipt is emailed. Also like the complimentary bottle of water at pickup location (5 minute ride from the terminal). One other nice feature is that if you get there enough time before your flight, you can check your bag(s) at the rental car center before taking the shuttle back to the airport.
