  • The people who run this store need to wake up. This is playoffs. This is when items are in high demand. How can you run an official team store in the teams official arena and not bother to: -answer the phone -stock out merchandise -know the basics of anything when it comes to when items will be in, ordering stock, organizing for limited edition items, etc. The manager too is the worst. Flat out does not know anything, and we have missed out on some items because she assured us the item was "sold out" when in reality there was more in the back and she just didn't want to bother getting it. I don't want to shop elsewhere, but I will if this place can't get its act together.
