  • Today was my second day visiting smart gym. The second I walked through the front door, I was greeted by the girl at the front desk (I think her name was Rena). She was polite and smiling. After finishing my workout and collecting my things I hear some yelling coming from the front area of the gym. As I'm walking towards the front door the manager was being very unprofessional yelling at the girl from the front desk. I overheard "Rena" saying "you had no right going through my personal email." I am in a supervisory position and I would never embarrass or humiliate an employee in front of customers. I will not be returning to Smart Gym because of this unprofessional act of the management. I'm giving three stars for the cleanliness of the gym and equipment.
