  • Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 - #80 Vanguard is located on Fremont East. We arrived around 11pm and Vanguard wasn't crowed at all. We were able to walk right up to the bar and order a drink, but within 10 minutes the place was packed. We barley had room to mover around. Vanguard would have been amazing if there was just a little bit more space. The DJ was playing some great music but the dance floor was pretty small. My friends and I just danced near the bar area since there weren't much space. They also only have two stalls in the bathroom so be prepared ladies for a long wait. Our bartender was amazing. She was fixing about 10 drinks at once and she remembered everyones order. I also received a yelp discount with my check-in that you can use right then. Win-win! I'll defiantly be back anytime I'm out of Fremont.
