I've only had two in-person encounters yet a few over the phone encounters. Upon purchasing my two Siberian Husky pups they saw Dr. Cordary. Upon entry into their location there place was clean, neat, and their staff was overly inviting. My wait time was nominal and their staff were knowledgeable. Dr. Cordary answered all my first time pet owner questions and concerns and even offered a few of his own personal suggestions. When my male pup was diagnosed with Kennel Cough and Giardia straight from purchase from the pet store, he slowly explained what they both were, how to prevent, and how to administer their meds. He was nice enough to explain that he wanted to administer meds for both pups for Kennel Cough just to be on the safe side. Other then that, I have had to call or drop off samples since then and their staff have always been nice. Hugging and showing love to my pups all the time.
