  • A few weeks ago I hired Taqueria Guadalajara to cater my wife's birthday party. I set everything up over the phone with Hector who was great to deal with. On the day of the event, the Taqueria Guadalajara ladies arrived early to set up and and start cooking. They were fast, friendly, and served up some delicious tacos. My wife, myself, as well as everyone else at the party thought the food was amazing. I can't wait until I have another excuse to have Taqueria Guadalajara come cater my event.
