  • I don't even know where to start but for the price compared to other properties and level of service this place is definitely a 1 STAR. Here's just a few things I've had to deal with in JUST 4 months of living here, the night of moving in I was given the incorrect keys to my apartment and had to wait 2 hours with a loaded truck at 9pm before someone came to let us in temporarily. Followed by my mail box receiving 3-4 other previous tenants mail as well as mine every week and I have mentioned it to the staff more than once. Keep in mind my rent is $1600 plus the amenity charges. I rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for this amount and you would expect that 2 people can safely take a shower for 10-15 minutes If need....well good luck with this place. within 15min there is no hot water in the shower and what's the purpose of the roman tub if you want to take a bath on top of that? This issue along with the over sprayed paint all over the toilet and poor repair jobs all around the apartment Biltmore at Camelback just needs to wake up and smell the coffee and make sure it's coffee not your stinky hallways with carpet that looks like it's seen better days and please do not only sit there and take peoples money and smile at them like it's a place called home. I'm not done... my refrigerator door shelf broke once and I've had to repair it twice because the first repair did not withstand a ketchup bottle and other condiments and speaking of the one that broke and made a mess....it goes on like I said. I want to make sure the person reading this review PLEASE CALL me @ 602-708-8545. I just hope no one runs into what we have experienced here what so ever and please TAKE YOUR TIME before you sign anything and read these reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I regret it. I have a level 1 apartment and for that reason did I mention during the colder months your floor is attached to the parking below and it never get's warm... yes it's ice cold if you walk around with no shoes. Parking is a mess and PLEASE believe me when I tell you this. I've never moved to a complex that does not at least give you one covered parking. Not at Biltmore of Camelback because you must have a bunch of cheap greedy owners that want to make money on the parking instead which is a cluster so good luck paying for a spot you MIGHT have when arriving home late at night. This place is sad, I feel bad for the employees which I don't even want to start on but they might want to take a basic customer service course that a Walmart greeter did for some uplifting service for tenants that are paying $1600+ a month to live at Biltmore of Camelback. Not being rude to the people that come to visit you or let alone have a girlfriend that is disrespected unless she is with me. Yes sorry I did not email you to authorize her to pick up a package but you have seen us together plenty of time and she did not need to be treated like scum. Your actions are very poor and need to be dealt with professionally. The pool is nice but I've never had the chance to use it and the gym just is out dated. My brother lives at Citrine and I should of joined him rather then being stubborn and wanting to live across the street from the Biltmore shopping...I regret it. Please find it in you to CALL ME 602-708-8545 when reading this. I'm not upset or angry, I just don't like people taking advantage of people. I got hit with 2 months plus my last 30 days to break the lease. $5,000 and some change to leave this place that doesn't deserve $1 of anyone's money. With all the complaints you would think they would reduce the terms to move out because I'm not happy. Good luck with that, these people need Jesus.
