I had a A/C tune up done by Jerome who was professional and did a wonderful job. That is why this company gets three stars. They lose 2 for bad business practice. I scheduled a future appointment to have the ducts cleanded and the company charged me for it even though the service had not been done yet. Also when I called in to cancel and ask for my money back for a service not performed the lady in the office got angry with me and then blamed the tech that had been at my house saying he was the one who charged me, and that I'd have to deal with him. Ok, that doesnt make any sense. Still waiting for my $1400 refund...
