Host, Jennifer I believe, was trying very hard to ensure everyone would get their turn from the long wait. The owner was away for the week and they lost 3 workers before he left. We waited 2 hours before getting sat, my 2 year old daughter was patient. Unfortunately, she moved when the technician did her toe and said I'd have to pay for the design even if there wasn't one. Basically, these workers were working back to back no break, I understood why she was upset having to do the design again when there's a wait. I took my family from out of the country to visit which is why my 2 yr old was there as well. I let the technician come out of her stress mood and she realized it's a toddler, so she redid the design on her toe, since I'm paying for it anyway. The workers did great, the owner definitely did not train or converse with their staff how hard their week was gonna be with them out of town and low on staff. Wait was too long, since there was a wait the workers rushed doing nails causing the nails to look okay for a high price.
