We are very disappointed with Sky Blue Pool. They started on our pool repairs back in April 2016. Today is Nov 2016. We paid over $11,000 for the work and are still having trouble with a leak. We have been calling every week for them to tell us "Sorry, this is busy season for us" for the past 6 months. We understand that they sub-contract work, but when something goes wrong they have terrible management and leaves the customer to handle it. We have gone above and beyond our patience with this company. After countless emails and phone calls to the owner, they still have yet to reply to us. We were warned by neighbors after we had already signed with them that they were not reliable but it was too late by then. I just want to warn any other families looking to spend their money and time to stay away. They sound nice up front but once they get paid and things go wrong they are no where to be found.
