So, I was wanting to cancel my membership:
I called and the owner David answered the phone and I told him about my situation and he was no way sympathetic to what I was going through (financial issues). Yes, I understood that I was in a contract and I would subject to the full contract payment. He stated that he was not able to stop the autopay from being taken out of my account and said they go through ABC Financial. I asked him if there was a number so I could call them and says "no"....
At that point I disconnect with him and looked up the number for ABC Financial and its the FIRST thing that popped up? SMDH. You'd think someone would want the number handy and/or info to where all the money is going too! Lmao
