  • Pretty much the best rental car experience I've ever had. There was no line, they didn't try and upsell me on extra insurance or GPS devices, there was someone to greet me and walk me to the car, and they even had a cold bottle of water as a welcome gift. And no, I'm not some fancy platinum-gold-special member, I just reserved with them on the internet.
