  • Wow... I was shocked to get on Yelp and see anything negative about this company? I have been using them at my office and my home for years and have referred them to all friends and family. The even do the plumbing work at my nephew's apartment complex. I have had nothing but great experiences with them over the years. I really like their up front contract guarantee so I know what to expect before the work starts. I'm writing another review for them because I recently had to use them twice... once at work and once at home. Both times I was amazed at how straightforward they are to deal with. At work, the technician came in to work on a toilet that kept running... he fixed it in five minutes and didn't even charge us since we had a call in for the house too! When the plumber showed up at my house, I was braced for the worst and was expecting an expensive bill. After looking at the problem, I was quoted $550 - $700 depending on how extensive the damage was. I went ahead and let him do the work... two hours later, he was done and the bill he handed me was only $375, because it wasn't as bad as he thought. Their fast response and quick work saved me from tons of drywall damage in the ceiling of the room below my bathroom. I will use these guys every time!
