| - I have a Mercedes which I love to drive. Such a fun car, but maintenance can be expensive. One morning the pulley for my serpentine belt snapped right off. Normally I go to the dealership, but at the time, getting a whopper bill from them was beyond anything I felt comfortable paying. Also, every time I went, they would tell me there was a list as long as my arm of repairs that had to get "or else". Or even worse, scrap my car altogether and buy another one. (My car is older, but still under 100k miles).
That morning, I decided to go to G&G Autohaus based on the reviews. They use OEM Mercedes parts, and are super friendly. When I went in for my repair, they were right on it, and fixed my car at a very reasonable price - instead of telling me to scrap my car and buy a new one from them.
The waiting room isn't as flashy, but I would rather sit there than know I am paying for gouges and up-sells. My car checked out fine at the end of the day, and no pressure to "repair or else". It's been running great, and I am writing this review from the waiting room while getting my oil changed for $30 less than the dealership using the same synthetic oil and no appointment necessary. A+++ Thank you G&G.
