  • Bud's service looks extremely clean, professional, and attractive. Based off of the reviews I see that he takes the majority of his business by text. This is a great way to connect more personally with customers, however with how many texts he can get about quotes, it's entirely possible that some might get passed up. I contacted Bud for some paver work done however by the time he responded (which wasn't that long) I had already got a fair quote and work done. I tried to contact him again in regards to a new project because I trusted the reviews and quality of work he does however on multiple attempts I had no response. Originally, it was my fault for not getting back to Bud right away, however with my multiple messages for a new project for him I was hoping for a response. Despite this, 4 stars.
