Saturday late lunch at XO of salmon tartare (offered in 3 or 5 ounce portion sizes) and duck tartare (only one serving size, about 3 ounces). Both were served with a pistachio crouton. Basically, very thinly sliced bread with pistachios baked in, and baked (so it was crunchy like a cracker) with butter. We ate everything, would definitely repeat this lunch.
