  • They don't even deserve this one star! The most hateful sales women in the junior's department gave me so much attitude on a return with the tags, return label and receipt and same credit card...I even emailed Macy's on this matter...still no reply and it has been weeks now. I even provided the return receipt so they could pin point this employee that straight out harassed me for returning an item or maybe she did not like seeing an interracial couple. Bottom line, no one should be treated the way I was treated and to think she was GETTING paid by Macy's to act so rude.
