  • I absolutely LOVE the Pets Hotel inside Pet Smart in North Olmsted! My boy, Boomer, has benefited so much from his trips here. The wonderful staff have helped with his separation anxiety, socialization and have even helped with his manners. Everyone here is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers (human and pets!) And the "hotel rooms" are very clean! I have and will continue to recommend this Pets Hotel!
