  • I've tried Urban Venus twice now. The good -- I like the casual feel of the place -- it's fun and lively. Also the costs are reasonable. The not so good -- both times I have come away with a less-than-great pedicure. Although I booked the full spa pedicure the technician rushed through every step and the treatment was superficial. Quite frankly I could have done better myself at home. I had the impression that most of the staff are very junior and just waiting to build up enough experience to move onward and upward.
