  • We have been taking my dog here since he was a pup. Now being 12 we had to put him down :/ the doctor cried when she told us what needed to be done and the doctor that did the procedure hugged me. this clinic called me two days after bringing the ashes home saying they mixed up the ashes. I felt upset at first but they handled it very well. The doctor and the manager called me to apologize and refunded me my whole amount. I'm giving them 4 stars because they did make a aweful painstaking mistake but they fixed it promptly. Very nice and very caring. Highly recommend this staff.
