  • The floor plans are good, with plenty of options to choose from. But you're in for never ending noise if you don't live on the top floor. I've had two different people live above me and there is constant pounding from above - walking, opening windows, flushing the toilet, running the garbage disposal, etc.; SUPER thin ceiling and walls. It's hard to call out the positives when you are driven crazy by the daily noise.
