Customer service sucks. Good selection, like all Best Buy's but you literally cannot get one person to help you. I went it to buy a gift for my husband (expensive gift), and did not need any help, I already knew what I wanted so I just wanted someone to unlock the case for me. I finally found a guy working! I asked if he was on break because he was just standing around on his phone. He said no, he was working so I asked him to please get me the item. He told me no, he was doing something, but to go to customer service instead. Went to customer service and stood in line (there was no one else in line) for 10 minutes. Walked out and went to target. I can always count on target to take my money. I mean seriously Best Buy, get it together. You're a dying market so at least give us what amazon can't, customer service!
