  • This place is awesome. Nestled in the urban city, this restaurant seems like a small fast-food dinner but it packs a serious punch. They have a full menu and carry a full bar of adult beverages. On this trip to the diner, we had the chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits. The chicken and waffles come with 2 or 3 wings and additional pieces can be purchased alacart. The shrimp and grits are probably the best in Charlotte and very delicious. The chicken and waffles is also very good but the best thing about this restaurant is the service. The servers are very nice, inviting and always accommodating. The only reason eye I can give this place is the parking. The free parking is very is very limited but there is a abundance of paid parking. It's great place and I do plan on returning.
