Chas Roberts is truly the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. I live in a newly built home with a 'new' unit, however, I deal with a broken AC unit every 3 months or so. I have literally had 10+ visits from technicians who 'fix' my unit and then it breaks again. Apparently my warranty is now up even though my home had a FAULTY unit installed from the start. I am now paying for visits from technicians at Chas Roberts who continue to NEVER solve my problem. The only problem they've ever 'solved' is continuing to fill up my unit with more freon which is a concern in itself for mine & my family's health - it can't be good to inhale this stuff on an accelerated basis.
I actually can't believe Chas Roberts isn't in trouble with the law for running a scam. They continue to take advantage and rake in money from innocent customers. I am truly considering contacting local media about my issues with Chas Roberts and their business malpractices so future innocent customers do not have to deal with the same issues that we have had.
I do see that the owner replies to some these Yelp reviews, however, we've NEVER received positive customer service when we call in or when we deal with the many technicians who have come out. I hope that the owner isn't just replying to these negative reviews so that Chas Roberts can look better on this highly visible platform, Yelp. Do the right thing in ALL of your business practices.
