  • I give them ZERO stars... This company is horrible! IF YOU DO DECIDE TO ISE THEM, STAND OVER THEIR BACK AND SUPERVISE! They are not willing to work with you, dont want to hear what you have to say. The last TECH that was sent to my house, wired my AC backwards, causing the lines to freeze over multiple times. Im just glad I have some knowledge and was able to figure out the issue. Then he comes back, rewires it the "right" way this time. He then breaks my thermostat and replaces it and says "oops, that one was old anyway." Now that its cold enough to turn my heat on, I tried to use it and what do you know, the fan will not kick on! I bet he wired the thermostat wrong too. So I call in hopes they will resolve the issue, and what do I get? The rude poor excuse of a secretary, who says, "we dont have any warranty on that because you used a home warranty company, and we no longer work with that home warranty company anyways." So I asked, "even though your technician wired my unit wrong, broke my thermostat and probably wired the heating side wrong you won't even come look at it?" She replied, "no, call your warranty company they can sort it out for you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
