  • I had been shopping for a new vehicle for quite some time with the larger dealerships. After a few disappointing attempts, I had given up on the process. Tired of the typical bait & switch pricing and lackluster service these dealers offer, I decided to give Five Star a try. I really appreciated the straight forward negotiation and fair pricing Five Star offered. The whole process was just simple and efficient. James went out of his way to answer any of my questions and expedite the loan process. Chuey was very helpful and accommodating as well. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate using Five Star for my next auto purchase.
