  • In need of an exterior signage I contacted 3 companies for a quote including this one. I was impressed by the follow up and productivity of Evelyn the sales rep. I had confidence that things will go well. They promised 4-6 weeks to have my sign installed. Somehow they submitted for approval to the city but the city required more details. I wonder how you would not know exactly what the city requires when you submit tens of signs per year. So they had to resubmit to the city again more info. They are expecting an answer in 2 weeks and than produce it. I might have mi sign up 10-12 weeks after initial downpayment. When you start a business signage is great part of your marketing and that is hurting us. Unfortunately, her and her boss came to my shop because I was so upset, but they did not have any proposition of plan or way to help me. It was all about blaming the city. I do understand that they cannot control the city but that mistake is making things go for so long but they don't want to recognize that they made a mistake. They told me every agent asks for different things....so I wonder why there are rules and protocole. I assume some might be loose but if you go with all the rules if the more demanding should have everything needed. They cannot ask for more than the rule asks for. My landlord helped me put a banner for free in 2 days. Evelyn came back to me a week later offering to produce without install it. Again, kinda poor option. I wish to think that my story is an exception and the process is best for other customers.
