  • The employees are always nice at the drive thru. They even went out of their way to make a fresh heart shaped donut without any filling (my 4 yr old isn't a fan of the filling) even though I insisted they didn't have to. Then to top it off, I didn't realize this nice gesture until we got home and my son opened the box and said "mom, it's a donut heart!" It really made his day. That's what I call good customer service! Thank you guys!
