| - We use Century Link for the office that I work in. We're a small business in the center of an industrial area off of Hacienda and Decatur. I've been at this office for over 4 years. In the 4 years I've been here, they've sent over 4 techs, replaced our modem at least 3 times, and have told us that "it's something with your connection to your box from the street."
Today, I did a speed test just to find out what our numbers were. What did I get? 1.08 down, .13 up. For comparison, my cell phone gets 15.7 down, 9.41 up.
I'm tired of this and if I can switch to someone else, I would, but apparently the landlord won't allow new wiring in for Cox.
So I'm stuck. I'm basically at the same point I was when I first got here. This has NEVER been fast, nor has it been reliable.
It's your move now, Century Link. I'm really close to connecting my computer to my cell phone's hot spot.
