  • Saying enough good things about Benn, Mike, Zach and all the others at Discount Emissions and Auto Repair is impossible. These past two months I've gotten to know them well as they had to take care of several things on my car including replacement of a transmission, getting it so it would pass the vehicle emissions test for AZ on the second go around, arrange for it to be towed to their shop, help me get to a new job miles away and deal with my anxiety over the possibility of breaking down on a dark road at night. On my first visit I wanted to wait for the work to be done and they even drove me to the nearest Denny's so I could get breakfast. Probably the most generous gift to me, knowing I was new to the state, was offering to be available at any time if I was worried about the car's performance. The work they did was beyond top-notch. They followed it through from beginning (finding parts) until complete satisfaction (labor to install them) and even double checked things I asked about to make me feel better. They truly operate like days of old when you could always rely on the neighborhood mechanic that never let you down. Thank you, Benn and Mike, for putting such a great team together and offering the best customer service my son and I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
