rev:text	This review is for my experience with the service department. Last week, I was in the market for tires for my 2011 Genesis coupe. I had just had the oil and filter changed at my usual dealer Earnhardt North Scottsdale who alerted me to the need for new tires. They quoted a price that I thought was quite high for replacement Bridgestones and I said I'd be looking around. After doing some online searching at Discount Tire and others locally, I came across the AutoNation Tempe website which surprisingly offered a very good price for the Yokohama tires that I was most interested in. I thought I'd give Earnhardt a chance to do better but they stated they couldn't even get them. I went back to the Autonation website and placed the order as well as set up the appointment to have it done. Since it was my first time at the dealership, I was interested to see how they would compare to Earnhardt. My service adviser, Casey was very helpful and agreed to also fix a minor issue I was having with the sunglass holder. Twenty minutes or so went by and Casey came out to where I was waiting to tell me they were very sorry but the tires were not in stock and wouldn't be available until the following afternoon. He went on to offer me the use of a new Sonata until my car was ready the following day and that they would deliver my car to my home some 15 miles away. They were true to their word and late the following afternoon I had my freshly washed car back with new tires, the sunglass holder fixed, and a full tank of gas. Great job guys!
