  • Let's start with I don't have a vivint alarm system service. I'm glad. I have ADT. Anyway, one their sales rep kept harassing my doorbell and beat the paint off my door just to get me to answer them. Even my lady told them to go away and the knocking still kept coming. I finally answered just to see what he wanted. I saw him wearing an orange Vivint shirt and skinny jeans. He then asked me about me if I installed my own ADT alarm system and I was surprised why would anyone install their own ADT system? I told him no and that I'm not interested in shady Vivint.... "It doesn't matter if you're interested or not!" VIVINT skinny jeans dude replied. I then slammed the door on his face and I heard him giggle away. REALLY Vivint? This is how you train your professional sales teams? At least the ADT sales guy came to our home dressed in a presentable company shirt and khaki pants. ADT got my money and I'm very happy with them so far. Word of advise Vivint, stop hiring kids from the local skate parks.
