  • My boyfriend and I went to buy a TV here and two members of the staff were extremely rude. When we were informed the tv did not come with a remote or wall mount we kindly asked if we could get a discount. The man helping us gave us attitude and told us he's been arguing with people all day over the same TV. We decided to purchase the TV and the man comes back with bubble wrap to wrap the TV. While he was taking the TV down from the wall, other workers continued to step on the bubble wrap for our TV and told their customers it was fine to step on it. Finally our guy said something and the other guy was extremely rude about it. Not to mention our guy automatically assumed we were from ASU and wanted to have parties due to us asking about a sound bar. We just moved into town a few days ago. We were so ready to get out of there. Fingers crossed the TV works well when we get it home.
