  • I have been here twice and I have had positive experiences both times :) Today I had a trim and shampoo with Ciara and it went very well. I am slightly picky with my hair since it has taken me forever to grow it out but she made me feel comfortable that she was knowledgeable with what she was doing. She gave me a perfect trim! The shampoo was also AWESOME, she had a very great massaging technique.. I felt I should've paid extra for such an awesome massage! Such a relaxing experience on my only day off, I also commented on how they have a relaxing playlist of music to add to the atmosphere. The only reason I can't give five stars is because towards the end two girls that work there in the nail area were laughing very loud and it kind of ended my day of relaxation abruptly. I'm sure they were just having a good time and didn't realize since the salon was slow. (I might just be being picky - because I love the calming atmosphere of a salon) Overall - Awesome experience and will definitely be back to see Ciara :)
