  • WARNING! 2 guys wave you in (distraction) -the sleazy FAST talkin/hard sell "in your face" kid tries to upsell a "future" $110 detail. 10x NO. Just the $16 wash! During the wash, I see the rear antenna missing-I asked some end mgr. who said they always remove antenna. What!? They forced the antenna & rubber tore with it (left on the seat)! Tell the customer what will removed! Dont force and damage! I would have said forget it. Called another Mgr that said they "dont remove the antenna" (not consistent) & have cameras all over, but he called bk to say he cant find my car! Interesting-I guess the cameras don't work. I have 2 clear receipts.
