| - I went to the printing department for documents for my business. The initial young man that helped was very helpful and personable. He was from a different store and not super familiar with this department. I printed out one copy for a presentation and wanted to see it live and in real time in case changes needed to be made. We sat down to review said document and discuss any changes. The line quickly became 5 people deep, with lots of other employees milling about. This guy didn't not get the help he needed and it was obvious he was in over his head a bit. In spite of that he was professional and demonstrated curtesy. I will see if I can find his name- he would get the good review.
The manager who "helped", finally, however, let much to be desired. Major attitude, zero diplomatic presence, and zero customer service and personality.
Obviously we all have bad days. And I sincerely hope that's he case. His leadership skills were lacking, and sense of teamwork left me wanting to jump in and help this associate, as well as sooth the rest of the people in line- we waited for 15 minutes before said manager begrudgingly came to the scene.
Had my class not been held hours from this taking place, I would have spent my money elsewhere. And will absolutely do so in the future. This manager gets zero stars to match his performance. I was surprised when the person I was with mentioned it as well, as she never complains . Terrible. Wish I had spent my 40.00 elsewhere. Not even a thank you, just tossed my documents on the counter, and charged me for 6 copy's he made in error~ color copy's that were missing the 1st half of the packet. Nope. I won't return.
