  • Worst experience ever. Guy came by to inspect the waterheater and did not know anything and put out no effort. He said after 30 seconds...I dont see anything wrong here, but your waterheater looks old. I recommend replacing very soon. He quoted me $4k. Had another company come out the next day because I did not believe it, they found the problem right away fixed it cheaply and just shook their head when I told them what happened. Waterheater runs just fine now. I am not sure if there was a misunderstanding somewhere otherwise this was borderline frivolous.
